Personal Bio: I practice in a relational way that honors each person’s unique experiences, culture, and values. I name the social, political, and historical forces that inform the story of your life. Therapy with me is not just a reflection of individual struggles but with an understanding of the larger forces that shape who we are and how we relate with others.
I embrace collaboration as the foundation of any successful relationship. We work together to create goals and narratives that align with what matters most to you. I believe each person holds an internal wisdom, and my role is to help connect you with and trust that wisdom. We will co-create a space that holds and nurtures all parts of yourself, even the parts that might feel rejected, inaccessible, or too difficult to approach yet.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy eating bagels, playing complicated board games, and consuming media that makes me cry and/or laugh.
During our initial sessions, you can expect… to welcome you eagerly and join you on this path.
